Why OPERA set the Standards... The OPERA™ Voice/Audio Quality Analyzer represents the latest developments of perceptual measurement techniques as it is not just a test & measurement product but also OPTICOM's development platform for new quality testing algorithms. As OPTICOM is actively engaged in international standardization, you can find the original reference implementations of the standards being used in OPERA's software, which may not be the case for the products of other manufacturers.
